We offer two types of accounts for our customers: subscription-based (they can pay monthly or yearly) or one with no subscription where we charge for each online booking.

In the past, we had a free Basic plan where we presented limited information about the business, but we will be gradually phasing it out and removing such listings from the website.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to advertise with us for free.

Premium listing gives your business more exposure on FindBeauty and will bring more customers to your business website. The main benefits of the premium listings are:

• It is possible to include a link to the company website and pictures of the business.
• It is possible to receive direct messages from customers.
• The visibility of premium businesses in search results is improved.
• You can take online bookings from existing and new customers.
• You will have a digital calendar showing all your current bookings so customers can choose the right time.
• You will have access to a customer management tool and see all your customers in one place, with their details and their bookings.

If you choose our Montly Plan, you can pay with a debit or credit card directly on our website on the Pricing page.

If you choose the Pay Per Booking plan, your customers will be charged £1 when they book, effectively reducing the price you charge for the service by £1. You will not receive any invoices from us.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Billing area in your account and clicking the Cancel button.

After cancellation, your subscription will continue to be active until the end of your current term (month) but it will not auto-renew.
